Mark Blayney, MBA
 

 

 

Mark has worked in business recovery and turnaround for 20 years, having trained as an accountant and insolvency practitioner with PricewaterhouseCoopers before focussing on turnaround. He is widely known in the professional turnaround community for his active promotion of turnaround.


Whilst at PwC he worked in both the UK and overseas as well as on secondment into a clearing bank and in in-house training. Having been a partner in a top 20 firm of accountants he left to set up Turnaroundhelp Limited to support owner-managed and/or family run small and medium sized businesses; and Creative Finance, which specialises in raising business funding.


He holds an MBA from Aston, is an ex-director of the TMA UK and is a member of the Institute for Turnaround as well as being the small business champion for the banking initiative.


He often speaks about turnaround, business finance and related issues at events in the UK and overseas, is the author of a number of books including ‘Turning A Business Around’ and ‘Raising Finance for your Business’ and has appeared in the financial and national press on many occasions.

 David Hole, MBA


 


David is a company director with 20 years hard core turnaround and business recovery experience.


A former appointment-taking insolvency practitioner, he is now dedicated to preserving, salvaging and rescuing stakeholder value in businesses. He works across all sectors, taking a holistic approach to fixing businesses. Forthright in his views, with an evidenced track record in saving businesses and maximising corporate value at the point of crisis, David has excellent negotiation and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.

David has an MBA (Directors List) from Manchester Business School, is a Fellow of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (ABRP), is a Director, Member and Sponsor of the Turnaround Management Association TMA(UK). 


In addition to being a director of Minerva he continues to practice as Founder & CEO of Alexander Business Consulting Ltd and as a director of Greenfield Restructuring Services Limited.

 Dominic Reimbold, MBA



Founder and CEO of GTI (Global Talent Implementation) and co founder of Minerva Training Associates, Dominic is an interim manager and specialist advisor in talent management.


Building on extensive experience in reskilling during turnaround processes and corporate transition, he has implemented Sales Force Effectiveness and Change Management projects in 5 continents.


He has over 20 years’ experience working in firms and divisions of multinationals operating in global markets and mostly in borderless business environments, including such well known companies as Samsung, Computer Associates, Nicholson International, Achieve Global and Chupa Chups.


Dominic has an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth Business School and has taught MBA students in 3 business schools, moderated webinars for the Turnaround Management Association (TMA international), appeared on radio and TV and is quoted in printed media in UK and Spain.


He has dual US and UK nationality, has lived in the USA, Spain and the UK and is a main board director of The Turnaround Management Association TMA (UK).
